Ba Sa is the sister restaurant to Pho T&N located in Poulsbo, Washington. Pho T&N opened in 2005 and fulfilled a lifelong dream for Rang Nguyen and Huyen Tran who arrived in Washington in 1998 after a long and complicated journey from Vietnam. From selling fresh-made banh mi and butchering pigs in refugee camps to cooking in various kitchens throughout the Seattle area, food has always been a form of expression and connection for the couple. In the spring of 2018, the Nguyen children began running Pho T&N and continue to honor their parents by providing guests with great food and welcoming hospitality. 

Ba Sa is a restaurant envisioned by the second generation of the Nguyen family. Siblings Trinh and Thai have created a menu that showcases traditional Vietnamese dishes inspired by French techniques and the abundance of products found in the Pacific Northwest.
